  • Eclat Media Group Appoints Charlotte Burr as CEO, International Covering Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia

Seoul / Tokyo / Singapore — Eclat Media Group, today announced the appointment of Charlotte Burr as Chief Executive Officer, International Business, overseeing Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia, effective January 12, 2026. Burr will report to Group CEO Mitch Hong and lead strategy, rights, distribution, partnerships, and the continued expansion of SPOTV NOW across Asia Pacific, working with teams in Seoul, Tokyo and Singapore.

Charlotte brings a rare blend of global sports experience, commercial strategy, content development and digital leadership. As CEO of our International Business, she will strengthen product offerings, expand platform distribution and elevate the SPOTV and SPOTV NOW fan experience. — Mitchell Hong, Group CEO, Eclat Media Group.

Burr joins from FIFA, where she held a senior global leadership role spanning strategy, corporate development and digital, including overseeing the launch of FIFA+. Previously, she led strategy and corporate development at 21st Century Fox across APAC and the Middle East, and has served on the boards of media companies including Rotana and MOBY Group. Burr holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Birmingham.

Tokyo (Japan): SPOTV JAPAN K.K. operates SPOTV NOW Japan—a service focused on Major League Baseball and complemented by the Saudi Pro League and other regional sports properties —plus a curated SPOTV NOW linear channel featuring marquee fixtures and Japanese‑player coverage.

Singapore (SEA): SPOTV Media features linear channels SPOTV and SPOTV2 supported by platform partnerships with the region’s leading telco and Pay TV providers, as well as expanded multi‑device coverage on SPOTV NOW for properties including MotoGP™, Wimbledon, US Open (Tennis), The Open Championship (Golf), World Table Tennis, and Saudi Pro League.
